I just spoke to yet another doctor today who is asking where the masks and PPEs are. All first responders are at risk & they are passing that risk on to others, including the families they go home to. This is an emergency,

The DPA should have been enacted TWO WEEKS AGO at least. DoD can do needs assessment nationwide and manufacture or partner w/ private mfrs to create PPE and YES - SHIP IT to where it's needed most. NOBODY does needs assessment and shipping better than DoD. It's PAST. TIME.
