You act like Elpaso is safe.....maybe in your north side mansion next to your families dairy farm. Illegals were a problem in the 80s when I was in school at Socorro(yes they also went to school with me) and it's a problem now. Why not open YOUR HOME AND FARM TO HOUSE N FEED THEM
