I presume you are also aware of the terrible readiness bathtub created during the Obama administration. Ships not able to receive maintenance. Hundreds of aircraft not-mission-capable. Depots is disrepair. And.....(1/2)

(2/2)....an optempo that was simply not sustainable. It may not be HST, but there will be a day when we have to give something up.....it is why we have had to recently cut back on meeting our operational commitments. Congress knows what the problem is......fix it
