You can help end this by urging Dem party leaders to tender a reasonable offer. Dems voted for almost identical legislation 5 yrs ago and got plenty in return. No excuse for your party's current position.
Stop playing politics by hiding behind your concern for the coast guard and begin having concern for our Country. Country first means you will provide border security no matter your party. By funding the wall you will be funding the Coast Gaurd and securing ALL of our country.
