2/ There are so many women in the City of #Philadelphia who are working hard to build a stronger tomorrow for future generations.
3/ Last night I spoke about the work of @CouncilwomanJLB, Della Clark, Estelle Richman, and Julie Coker Graham to name a few. What better way to celebrate women in our City than by recognizing the contributions of black women who mean so much to the City of Philadelphia.
