Loss of medical deductions, state and local taxes, mortgage deductions. My taxes will increase even with raising the standard deduction.

This bill is an abomination against people who are poor and sick, the elderly, wome, children and veterans - in other words WHO WE ARE!

Bill would increase the tax burden of me and all other graduate students across the country by up to 240%! It'd make it impossible to pursue grad school. Please vote against this bill. More information athttps://drive.google.com/file/d/1e3oIk8AO9F_UL98z5cieKha1V5e9azzB/view …

I'm currently fine with what I pay in taxes. I'm afraid now that not only will my taxes go up, but so will my Health Insurance premiums.

Elimination of the student loan interest deduction will hurt anyone trying to finance their own education. Treating tuition waivers and stipends as income will devastate graduate students. This bill permanently cuts taxes for multinational corporations at the expense of students.

For myself, loss of SALT & property tax deductions, retirement saving options, federal historic building tax credit. For our society, impact on health care system & outcomes, families losing personal exemption. AND: lack of evidence these cuts will result in any reinvestment!

(Here's an article on the federal historic building tax credit and how losing it could accelerate the loss of Philadelphia's historic environment. https://www.nytimes.com/2017/11/14/business/philadelphia-commercial-real-estate.html …)

The added tax burden on grad students.... They cannot afford it and we will not be able to recruit talented scholars if it goes through.

They are really out to disenfranchise us, silence us & even kill us (ACA)

Removal of deductions for mortgage interest, state/local taxes, student loan interest, etc. Hurts my taxes. Cutting of corporate taxes & for wealthiest people. Trickle down economics is a lie. Repeal of individual mandate is the most backhanded way to kill the ACA. NO!

It’s immoral for starters. I’m concerned about the repeal of the ACA in this bill, the cuts to Medicare and SS, the sheer meanness of doing away with deductions for teachers and adoptive parents, and the venality of giving a trillion dollars to corporations/the rich

Loss of deductions for student loans, work expenses, and medical expenses will mean I'll pay MORE in taxes.
