I do all the time but VA is down 1000s of staffers 2 include behavioral health pros Just lost my therapist of 21 yrs & she won't b replaced.
May is Mental Health Awareness Month--#mentalhealth is just as important as physical health. We shouldn’t be afraid to talk about it!
