- ban high-capacity magazines;
- institute “red flag” laws – the #ERPOAct; and
- bar people convicted of misdemeanor hate crimes from possessing a gun.

I'd go even further and ban removable magazines and high-velocity ammunition. Neither are needed for self-defense. I do own guns, and have fired everything from a single-shot bb pistol to a fully automatic M-16.

By reducing the number of bullets shooters can carry in high capacity magazines and limt bullets people can possess at one time will definitely reduce the number of people killed. killed
