With all due respect, let’s assume that the bill never passes, what is the plan to end gun violence in Philly? I’m currently reading Bleeding Out by Thomas Abt. He offers research based solutions and a plan to reduce gun violence by 50% in 8 years. Have you read it?

They've become numb to gun violence because the Republicans who run the PA House and Senate would rather do the NRA’s bidding than #EndGunViolence.
