What else can Congress do? Bearing witness is not enough. These sites need to be closed and “officers” arrested for their crimes.
Congress is a co-equal branch of government and the Trump administration MUST allow us to do our constitutional job of oversight — which includes being able to inspect these camps regularly for apparent human rights violations!

Lack of transparency leads to a lack of trust which then works synergistically to ramp up the effect. At a minimum Congress can demand to know why, if CBP & other agencies are short supplies, they won't allow donations from recognized denominations, charities.
