There are hundreds of stories: One of my students, from Philly, a few months removed from graduation, a secondary education, a better life, was shot to death outside his father’s home while sitting on a step w/friends. No motive, no arrests.

@RepDwightEvans my son was born in Philly and we moved to Roanoke VA when he was 8. We moved to FL when he graduated HS. He was murdered at 24. This bill has my heart. This is something that I have been aching for. I'm back in Roanoke but would love to connect. Gtown 4 life - 1 more reply
