      Communities across the U.S. hit by hurricanes, floods, wildfires, etc. have waited for months while this bill has stalled. First Trump objected to Puerto Rico aid. Then Trump wanted $4 billion in border security added; Dems said no. Now House Rs won’t grant unanimous consent.
