(3/4) This bill would create a federal advisory council made up of gun violence survivors, their families, and federal representatives from various agencies to learn about the necessary resources, program, & benefits that could help support victims of gun violence.

(4/4) Within 180 days, the federal advisory council has to submit a report to Congress and distribute their findings to the general public, including identifying any gaps in policy that the government could address.
