      In #Philly, more than 40% of residents live in neighborhoods that are defined as “middle neighborhoods”. Middle neighborhoods are neighborhoods that are caught between growth & decline. One wrong move and these neighborhoods could be described as low-income.

      To lift up our communities, I'm working hard in Congress to ensure residents have tools in the toolbox to renovate their 🏠, utilize orgs in PHL that can help w/ this process, & create jobs.
