BTW: I have no shame in saying my mom was 1 of those parents who used a diff home address to ensure I would go to a great PHL school. Interesting how some ppl are reacting to the story about celebs wielding their power & influence to game the system on behalf of their children, but are angered by the black parents who are using a different address to ensure their kids are going to a decent public school

It's deplorable that in a country with this much wealth, there are still public schools that are grossly under-funded, under-staffed, lacking basic supplies, and failing to help all students become intelligent, productive citizens.
