Instead of throwing

kid’s crumbling school buildings
nation’s #healthcare system
roads, bridges, water & sewer systems

$5B for an additional 10% more fencing is ridiculous. The entire border barrier could be done for $2B. Trade deals do not pay for fences. & Not one penny until the government is up & running for as long as it was shutdown.
