Know what might help ? If our city council got off their asses and assess what is going on in their districts. Of course then...they'll just pass a resolution.
When you walk some streets of Philadelphia, it's "normal" to see stores shuttered, aged school buildings, needles on the ground, homeless individuals, & vacated homes. Residents who live and attend school in those areas want a fair chance at life. That's it!

Everytime we turned around. If the drugs were off the streets. Children shouldnt have to walk past dealers n needles. Or smell pot in thr air. There shouldnt b homeless, if companies would come but dnt cuz of high taxes. U Dwight r so out of touch with what is going on in philly!

This is the dumbest statement I have ever seen. Those things u mentioned shouldnt b normal. Life would b better in philly if we didnt have an 8% sales tax, a mayor n city counsel that has spent nearly half billion dollars in less than 4 yrs. Life would b better if we weren't taxd

Taxes pay for services. cut taxes and services get cut. Services like those that try to improve conditions in the area...which companies would avoid even if there were lower taxes...
