Neoliberal DemocRATS do nothing to help minority communities. Especially when they run Big Urban cities. They are more concerned with the meeting the interests of their bosses on Wall Street. After all they see minorities as Super-Predators. Just ask @HillaryClinton.
PHL is the poorest US major city w/ a poverty rate of 26%. Philly residents need a higher federal wage to pay for skyrocketing housing costs & to put food on the kitchen table!

I am a constituent. What Philly needs is more access to affordable education in thriving occupations!! I left Philly years ago to pursue education elsewhere and now I’m back and in receipt of a great income.
