Where in the constitution does it give the federal government the power to do everything and anything you want? You took an oath to protect and defend the document you consistently ignore. Maybe research is your friend, see @KrisAnneHall http://krisannehall.com

He took an oath that includes helping the american people and doing their bidding as he is a representative of their desires to be helped.
-
That is not in the oath of office, perhaps you should read it again: https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/5/3331 … The oath requires to support & defend the Constitution. That is the opposite of "doing their bidding."
-
What does the constitution say it serves? is it the states or the people?
-
the father of the constitution says the powers delegated to the federal govt are for "external objects" (foreign affairs), everything else remains in the States. if you were educated on the subject you wouldn't ask such ridiculous questions or use absurd fallacies of logic.
-
Who does the constitution serve?
-
It serves no one. It creates a limited and defined federal govt.
-
We, the people of the United States

Both in-school and out of school programs are needed
@RepDwightEvans to tackle#poverty from multiple points and opportunities need to be provided. Our work is making a difference at the schools we support in#Philly. Congress can do more to#EndPoverty.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

It seems unlikely that they will since that would involve actually helping them directly. They think their poor because of moral failings but poverty is not a moral failing its a lack of money.
