taxes pays for services the poor use...that would only make sense if it was a redistribution from low to high. even then would not be enough money to live on.
Philadelphians cannot survive on an unbelievably low federal wage--$7.25/hour. It’s imperative we #RaiseTheWage for hard-working Americans!
