Not okay!! Also, I grew up in a neighborhood in Philadelphia called Germantown. Even in the late 60's into the 70's there were no supermarkets that my Mom could walk to, we did not have a car. It is shameful that people can't walk to a supermarket.
There is a strong correlation between income and healthy eating. If you have a higher income, it is far easier for you to afford fruits and vegetables than someone who is scraping by to survive. And, that's not okay!
