Didn't Obama do the same. He even stop government funding for public schools. Told cities to take care of your own schools. That's why a lot of cities had to close some of their schools because they didn't have the money.
In our country, every night, 13 million children go to bed hungry. Instead of increasing SNAP or ensuring all children in America have food, Trump wants to give a $100 billion tax cut to the rich.
