Last year, PA's drinking water was ranked the 3rd worst in the nation. Just two weeks ago, D.C. residents were told to avoid drinking the water due to contamination. Clean water is a right for all and our aging water infrastructure puts millions of Americans at risk!

No. Pa is run by republicans. The state is responsible for providing city funding for things too expensive for a city to pay for. Like extensive infrastructure repairs.
