You should advise the residents in "your community" to stay in school, if possible go to college and perhaps they will get a decent paying job with health insurance. Nobody is going to hire a dummy. Except to political office. PS I just can't help myself.

We need to make these things possible for those born into families stuck in the cycle of poverty. College is no guarantee of success. A Bachelor’s degree doesn’t carry the same weight it once did. We need more creative solutions than just “go to college.” (HRC had such a plan)
