Philadelphia is the poorest major city in the United States. Residents in my community need a higher wage, access to affordable healthcare, and quality jobs to succeed!

You should advise the residents in "your community" to stay in school, if possible go to college and perhaps they will get a decent paying job with health insurance. Nobody is going to hire a dummy. Except to political office. PS I just can't help myself.

We need to make these things possible for those born into families stuck in the cycle of poverty. College is no guarantee of success. A Bachelor’s degree doesn’t carry the same weight it once did. We need more creative solutions than just “go to college.” (HRC had such a plan)
