Funding solution has to focus on community based harm reduction organizations. Letting so many people die is unconscionable. Very disappointed in the inaction at every level.
Philly has the HIGHEST opioid death rate of any major American city—last year, more than 1,200 people from our city lost their lives from an opioid overdose. It’s critical for a GOP-led Congress to enact a long-term funding solution that’ll properly address our opioid epidemic!
