Looks like the circus is doing a bang up job. 14 years on the job and you've done absolutely nothing, but hey...blame white Republicans.
The poverty rate in Philly is at a staggering 26% and between the years 2000 and 2014, the city has lost nearly 24,000 affordable housing units. As elected officials, we must ensure that every American has a roof over their head. No human being should be sleeping on the street!

What have you done? Ever? For anyone else, let alone your people. We’re all in this together. Also, it sounds like you don’t understand cyclical poverty. Fixing it isn’t a one man show. Stop judging and do something!
