Apparently the Democrats don't think so just because the tax cuts hurt their motives.

In my regard, along with my generation, this is a huge appeal for the fact that we are about to enter the workforce. The ability to live a bit better starting out riding on the new wage increases will help us to be successful in the long run, no matter how much the dems hate it.
