Here's an idea. (Feel free to poke holes in it.) Look at income on every tax return filed last year. Divide by 12. Mail that taxpayer a "refund", once a month, for that amount until this is over. Let whatever business can, survive. Fill in the gaps (new workers, poor, etc.)

This is needed… But would you like to explain to people why businesses always come first… One and five children are struggling with hunger, food bank lines continue to increase… Do something that shows you care more about Main Street than Wall Street
