I pay back my student loans monthly and will do so until the day I die since I went back to school in my 50’s. If someone defaults on their payments they should lose the professional license those loans got them

I see it as a deterrent to default on student loans. I’ll be damned if I will subsidize a person twice bc you decided that there should be no consequences for irresponsibility.
