If they were a priority for you, maybe you would have renewed funding when it ran out 4 months ago. Or made it its own separate bill instead of tying it to a crappy funding bill. Seems to me you're the one who doesn't care about the kids on #CHIP....

MONTHS AGO you could have renewed CHIP. You held it back to use for leverage now because you are more concerned about wins and losses than peoples lives. You've forgotten why you're there, if you ever knew. Priorities indeed. Tax breaks were your priority.
