@RepDougCollins Americans understand your objection to the president being investigated. To me the most important thing that should come out of this proceeding should be to establish that no president is a king.
They are elected to serve the people of America.

Welcome to the minority Sir. Elections have consequences and there is no law saying the House has to follow past decisions. To paraphrase POTUS’s COS “DEAL WITH IT.”

If you look at Johnson 1868, Nixon 1974 and Clinton 1998, the process was fair to the minority, with constitutional rights of due process. That is precedent. It's not "deal with it."
