Hey @RepDougCollins is this accurate? Under 40 USC §§5109(b) & 5104(e)(2)(C), entering a SCIF without authorization, is a federal crime and the penalty is imprisonment of up to 6 months and/or a fine.
30 CFR 2001, and 20003 CNSI prohibits use of PEDs in SCIF zones.

Correct! Special bonus if you add in the breaching of a secured facility on the false pretense that the hearing was not bi-partisan and then ordered pizza to show your deep concern.

I’m old enough to remember last month when the congressman complained an open impeachment hearing was a “charade” and said Democrats were “howling at the wind.” Mixed metaphor, to be honest.

Andrew Napolitano:"As frustrating as it [is] to have the hearings going on behind closed doors...they are consistent w/the rules...When were the rules written last? In Jan. 2015. & who signed them? John Boehner. & who enacted them? A Republican majority."pic.twitter.com/KvfqrpnNr3

Apparently 12 of the R’s who participated in that stunt yesterday are actually on those 3 committees. They weren’t in the hearing so they could help protest not being allowed into the hearing.
