In all fairness, Congressman, you're the very last person who ought to be lecturing *anyone* about 'reading comprehension'. That's really rich. Srsly.

Keep representing our Georgia !!

Tena, Rep Collins may be doing a great job for GA, but the last sentence clearly states “Congress may apply the obstruction laws....” not that Congress can Only make NEW laws. He’s not reading this section correctly.

The more I read this statement the more ridiculous it becomes. Congress cannot make ex post facto laws. How would new legislation do anything in response to potential obstruction of Mueller’s investigation?
-
See, e.g., Mueller Report Vol. II p.176. Mueller is taking the time to say that existing obstruction statutes do apply to the President and that Congress has the power to enforce them through tribunals.pic.twitter.com/As5H7E65SO

Buddy, check YOUR reading comprehension and then re-read your oath to the Constitution & get on the right side of history & dump
Trump the Traitor & save our Democracy. OR continue to be a Kleptocrat trying to destroy Democracy.
