Once again @RepDougCollins is leading the GOP on #CJReform and policy. Arguably (or not), the most important factor for recidivism reduction is getting a job once released.
Glad to see the #FairChanceAct pass out of Committee earlier today. This legislation will play a critical role in reducing recidivism by helping rehabilitated men and women gain meaningful employment.
