The status illegal aliens should get is "pending deportation". They can not be allowed to break in line and get citizenship. They should b DEPORTED. People who over stay their visa should be DEPORTED immediately & banned.

But consider also the factors DRIVING this migration, and the role that we play in exacerbating those factors. There is good reason to think that many of those from Central America are climate refugees. It's wrong to persist in our climate inaction AND deny them entry.
