  And while we're on the subject of Congressional authority, bear in mind that Congress SPECIFICALLY SAID NO TO HIS DAMN WALL FUNDING. This is just an attempt by the 'President' to GET AROUND CONGRESS. If Congress tries to get back around the President's nonsense, cry me a river.

  Can you provide evidence of”hand picked “ federal courts. As for the national emergency , this may be lawful but It shouldn’t be. It’s not big govt that is a problem, it’s the an executive branch given too much power by congress.
