Are you interested in tackling police asset forfeiture, too? Basically the same problem in that arena - the police can seize assets without even charging you with a crime (much less convicting you of one)

For once, I am actually happy about something that you've done. I'm curious as to how "innocent individuals" are to be determined - as the whole point of CAF is that it's the *property* that's claimed to have committed the crime. But I'm glad to see a move in this direction.
