Rep. Doug Collins Retweeted The White House

This broken system has continually allowed for middlemen to profit at the expense of every day Americans. @SecAzar’s proposal will ensure patients have access to the care they require.https://twitter.com/WhiteHouse/status/1091437036911902728 …

If we don’t cap or eliminate DIR fees, the PBM’s are going to take more and more from the pharmacies.

DIR fees have to be eliminated. No way any company should be able to retroactively take back money for a valid Rx sometimes after 6 months with no notification or an audit. Outright theft

The PBM anti-competitive practices that you have spoken about are the other half of the reform that needs to happen. If we only fix rebates the PBMs will find a way to steal the money some other way, we need strict oversight of the PBM industry!

I must give credit where credit is due! The gop has hit a home run by taking on these middlemen! Of course there are additional ways to reform the pharma industry, but this would be a giant step in the right direction! Thanks -Pharmacists and patients across the country

It has only taken 30 years for our courts, not yet, and government watchdogs to take a stand against the financial farce that the insurance industry and it’s PBM crony’s have been allowed to contrive thru non transparency & favorable laws.

Wow...that’s quite a specific, well laid out and explained plan. Seems like the GOP has a team of kindergarteners working around the clock on policy and communications.

Seems like "somebody" didn't get a campaign contribution from a certain industry PAC. On the other hand it could be chaff, to distract us from "somebody's" presidential problems.

I don’t know. That’s a very detail-heavy and wonky policy solution there. Maybe you could dumb it down a bit? 🙄

So... the “X” means “bad”... I think? And the check mark is good.... Hmmm, you know, I just don’t get government. It’s all too complicated for me.
