At some point, people who claim to represent your best interests only ever do when forced by a competitor. Medicine has carefully, systematically made sure to end competition wherever possible.

Except for plastic surgery and laser eye surgery, a good boob job hasn't inflated in price like the rest of medicine. Competition, free market, not covered by the insurance racket.
