Congressman Byron Donalds’s Tweets

It’s a bittersweet day in the Team Donalds Family. After 2 yrs of dutiful service to my office & the people of FL-19, my outstanding Deputy Chief of Scheduling & Ops, Abby, is departing my office for a well-deserved opportunity in the Senate. Thank you for everything & Godspeed!

The Secretary of Homeland Security says our border is "secure." Does this look secure to you? We are facing an invasion at our border while the Democrats look the other way and wave them on. We need to reinstate Title 42 and Secure the Border.

BREAKING: A huge migrant caravan of over 1,000 people crossed illegally into El Paso, TX last night, making it the largest single group we have ever seen. The city of El Paso reports Border Patrol now has over 5,000 in custody & has released hundreds to city streets. @FoxNews

Florida’s citrus industry is vital to our state, and they faced a devastating blow due to Hurricane Ian to the tune of 375,302 acres. I am proud to join my colleagues in urging appropriators to provide disaster relief funding for our state’s citrus industry.

Hurricane Ian devastated Florida’s citrus industry this year, with more than 90 percent of all production impacted. Citrus is the pride of Florida & the backbone of many of our rural communities.

We have a Commander in chief who left our boys & girls behind in Afghanistan, & he has done it again with a Marine in Russia. Mr. Whelan doesn’t have the weight of a celebrity, but he’s served his nation w/ honor, & deserves all our support & prayers for a safe return. (3/3)

I’m overwhelmingly concerned about this administration’s incompetent negotiating abilities. Trading a U.S. celebrity for a Russian arms dealer known as the “Merchant of Death” while simultaneously leaving behind a U.S. MARINE, Paul Whelan, is mind-blowing and defies logic. (2/3)

Elements of our federal government conspiring with Big Tech to suppress conservative voices is a THREAT TO "Democracy." It's no wonder the Democrats and the media used this as their motto for 2022. Republicans will expose the truth starting January 3, 2023. Stay Tuned. 📽️⤵️

Throughout my several visits to the border, I've had the honor of meeting the countless heroes of the Border Patrol. These selfless men and women work tirelessly to protect our nation, and this tragic loss is a tremendous blow to their families and the entire country. RIP.

BREAKING: Multiple federal sources tell me a 38-year-old Border Patrol agent was killed in Mission, TX in the RGV early this morning after he crashed his ATV into a gate while chasing a group of illegal immigrants at high speed. I’m told he was a father of two kids. @FoxNews
