You mean like Werner Enterprises in our district who offered all their drivers a $2400 average raise? Or many of our banks that raised starting pay to $15/hour?

Are we talking raises in starting pay? I agree unemployment is great and companies are raising starting wages to compete for new employees but they are not giving as many raises to long term employees. I think I could debate you on this better then your opponent.
