ICYMI: Due to the importance of protecting pre-existing conditions, I am a cosponsor of H.Res. 1066 and H.R. 1121, which are aimed at supporting these protections. I have also shown my support with my voting card, voting twice to uphold these protections.https://bit.ly/2Ov9026

LIAR! What happened to "Repeal & Replace"? YOU and the GOP have done NOTHING for healthcare except to take it away from MILLIONS. This last minute attempt for this bill during an election will NOT FOOL people- your record is clear. YOU VOTED TO TAKE HEALTHCARE AWAY.pic.twitter.com/sQWppgwl2J

Unfortunately, the worst of your party is actively working to do the exact opposite so it really doesn’t matter that you say you support this. You are not in the majority. We can’t take this chance.

Exactly why I landed on pro Choice years ago. I have no right to tell someone else what to do. It’s a wrenching decision. We need to focus on creating conditions that help people not have to make this decision but keep it legal if they need to.

How do you reconcile this with the lawsuit being led by our own NE AG which is specifically targeting preexisting? Serious question.

I learned in Squadron Officer School to pay attention to sources; Ripon Society is a Republican periodical. I think I will read the bill for myself.

I read the Bill; very short. The resolution is appalling. It does not define act swiftly if the courts do away with the protections.pic.twitter.com/1g5OehfPf0

Another fumblerooski, Don. Actually obfuscation and lies. 1) H. Res. 1066 is a nothingburger “expresses the sense of the House”. That and a dime won’t buy you a cup of ☕️. And the date 9/13/18 😂😂😂 when you lot were getting the runs looking at the polling re Healthcare. 1/2

2)HR 1121 was a bigger joke. It didn’t protect #PreExistingConditions, it was supposed to protect your butts. Last action on it was in FEBRUARY 2017...when it was “referred to committee. And you voted to REPEAL #ACA and FOR #Trumpcare ...wait for it...in MAY 2017.

If you were worried now, why did you vote multiple times to eliminate Obamacare without a replacement? This is a political ploy

Fake, what the republicans are going to try & do is cut ACA, Medicare, Medicaid & Social Security. I just heard McConnell going on about it now & he said that’s what is raising the deficit, they won’t say it’s tax cuts for the rich. Please vote for Kara Eastman

Do either of these resolutions provide the same level of protections as the ACA? When you voted to repeal the ACA without any replacement, were are you protecting pre-existing conditions?

They are nothing but MOU’s. Your lawsuit tells it all. People are waking up to the damage you have done and continue to do. Junk policies, Don? I invite you to enroll your family in one. Oh wait, government policy to go w govern insured pension. No empathy for little guy.
