Worker owned (equitable shares) companies is the only way to get a fair shake for American workers. Cos Execs and Boards are so used to squeezing ever penny out of costs, you'll have to pry any return to fair wages, conditions, and benefits from their 'cold dead hands'.

We must also chart a path for universal health care in some form that removes the issue of health and well being from the capitalist’s equation. It has to be possible for American families to live without fear and work to create wealth for all that will be the envy of the world.
