We don’t want or need this very expensive bill. You get China and India to lower emissions and pay their share then prove this will lower the earths temperature then we can talk.

1) This bill is revenue neutral 2) China and India are moving faster than planned on reducing emissions. In India, the market for coal plants is collapsing. China now generates the equivalent of the entire energy production of the UK and the Netherlands through renewables alone.
