I had a 71 Mustang. I took it to prom in 1978. Me and that Mustang...well. Let's just say I had a tough time selling it. The smell. It really stank. Prom date stank. It is a long story.
On this day in 1964, the very first Mustang was unveiled at the World’s Fair. It’s the pride of @Ford's Flat Rock plant, where Michigan auto workers are producing the hottest car on the road.

I love Mustangs but a platform for this great American brand which will compete in the electrified space is nowhere in sight and Michigan jobs will be lost as a result. Michigan should be leading. Instead it looks more like the next West Virginia.
