FWIW, I’m the only member of Congress who refuses money from PACs, federal lobbyists, and fellow members of Congress, and am one of the few without a β€œLeadership PAC”.

How? I would pay Senators & Representatives a significant salary... well over $1M and then say if you accept any meal, flight, gift, PAC money you go to jail. How would you end this?

Isn’t the problem with PACs that they aren’t supposed to coordinate with campaigns, and can collect donations without abiding by campaign finance? You say β€œI don’t collect PAC money” but that says nothing about wealthy people forming a PAC to advance your pro-1% agenda.
