Hello Mark I'm very happy to see this article as I was infact an ICE detainee at Contra Costa. I can honestly verify that the facts are true.... 22 hours incarcerated in cells without requested access to toilets....!

My stay of 6 weeks was June/July 2017. I still have documentation of requests for everything and denials for mental health help..... A petition refused as signed by all inmates of the brown water soup! Etc etc. I'm still numb from the experience and it's now Nov.
