I know 3 people in our CCC neighborhood that each received 2 & 3 ballots this past CA election! Sent to their homes & vacation homes! 1 had them sent to vacation home & 2 to home under her 1st name, middle & last. Then to her 1st name, MIDDLE initial & last name.
