That's a good start! Policing can't be fixed without accountability: bad cops must be fired, criminal cops must be prosecuted. Also they must stop stealing from us: end civil asset forfeiture.
It is long past time to address racism and lack of accountability in our police force. Needs more teeth. People's behavior (police in this case) doesn't change without REAL pain. Reduce funding & reduce legal/union protections. Q. How was lynching NOT a federal crime already? Crazy
