One challenge to Congress is carefully to enact consistent federal legislation explicitly protecting reproductive rights, as a matter of law and not court rulings alone. If our next Congress can pass it, our next President can sign it.
We cannot allow this unconstitutional assault on reproductive freedom & women’s rights to continue. This is what we feared as the Senate considered confirming Brett Kavanaugh for the Supreme Court.
